Eligibility for Returns
You can raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of successful delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Unboxing Video Rule Mandatory
To ensure a transparent process and protect our customers from transit damages, a clear Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim a return or refund for missing, wrong, or damaged products.
How to Request a Return
Send us your Order ID + Unboxing Video/Photos via any of the options below. Our support team will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
We will send you a secure payout link via SMS/Email to collect your bank details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred securely once the pickup is verified.
