📦 Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Once shipped, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on your location in India.
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also visit our "Track Orders" page and enter your Order ID or Email Address for real-time updates.
To ensure safe and fast delivery, we partner with top-tier logistics providers in India, including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.
💳 Payments & Cash On Delivery
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India. However, to prevent fake orders, our system or team may verify your COD order via WhatsApp/Call before dispatching it.
Absolutely. We use 100% secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways (like Razorpay/PayU) that are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your credit/debit card details, and your transactions are completely protected.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Voglo products! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free 5-Day Return/Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
Important: We highly recommend recording a clear Unboxing Video when you open your package. If the product is damaged or wrong, simply email us the video at support@voglo.in or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD Orders: We will send you a payout link or request your UPI ID/Bank details to transfer the refund securely.
🛠️ Order Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please reach out to our support team immediately for any changes.
If our system detects an incomplete address, a fake phone number, or if the order verification fails, the COD order may be automatically cancelled to prevent logistics loss. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
