All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking details.

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 Business Days
• Rest of India: 3 to 7 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may slightly vary due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or regional logistical delays.

💳 3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal handling fee may be applied at checkout for COD orders.

You can track your order at any time! Simply click on the Track Orders link in our footer and enter your Order ID or Email Address. Alternatively, you can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation SMS/Email.

❌ 5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. If your prepaid order is returned, please contact our support team to arrange a re-shipment.
