🔄 1. 5-Day Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 5-Day Return and Replacement Policy. You can raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
📹 2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claims. Please record a video while opening the package to show the condition of the product inside.
📝 3. How to Request a Return/Replacement
- Send an email to support@voglo.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8317085894 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video along with clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
💰 4. Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your UPI ID or Bank Account details via email/WhatsApp to securely transfer your refund amount.
🚫 5. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products without the original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video.
