Please read these terms carefully before using Voglo.in. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement to Terms
By visiting Voglo.in and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Voglo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on Voglo.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.
In case of a pricing error, Voglo reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
Voglo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking as valid payment methods. All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
An order is confirmed only after you receive an official order confirmation email or SMS from Voglo. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Repeated non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in the suspension of COD service for your account.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Voglo offers free shipping across India on all orders. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Voglo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or any force majeure events. Tracking details will be shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, wrong, or missing products.

6. Limitation of Liability
Voglo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Voglo does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Voglo.in for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Site, its users, or Voglo's reputation. Prohibited activities include:
Placing fraudulent orders or providing false information
Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
Copying, reproducing, or distributing Voglo's intellectual property without permission
Repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries with intent to misuse
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Voglo.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
